We are sorry to hear about the passing of Lady Barbara Judge on 1^蝉迟听September aged 73 from pancreatic cancer.聽 Lady Barbara Judge held the role of Chair of the MyAV范 Energy Institute and MyAV范 Institute for Sustainable Resources International Advisory Board for nearly 10 years.聽 Her knowledge and experience was invaluable in helping both institutes to grow and break new ground.

Professor Tadj Oreszczyn, former Director of The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources and the MyAV范 Energy Institute paid tribute:

鈥淟ady Barbara Judge brought together and chaired聽a world leading International Advisory Board which supported the foundation and development of the MyAV范 Energy Institute, and subsequently other Institutes at MyAV范. She generously gave both her time and energy, and was always committed to supporting and mentoring individuals particularly women in science and engineering.鈥� 聽

Lady Barbara Judge produced a video to increase awareness of pancreatic cancer. By sharing her story, she hopes to raise awareness and funding for medical research.
