New MyAV范 policy on complaints from research subjects

MyAV范 has updated its policy on complaints from research participants.
The policy applies to complainants who are research participants in MyAV范 sponsored studies who have not been recruited through an NHS Trust or where the complaint is about MyAV范 as sponsor.听 These complaints should be reported through research-incidents@ucl.ac.uk.
Where the research participant has been recruited through an NHS Trust then, in the first instance, the complainant should be referred to the NHS complaints procedure.听 Application of policy will mean that investigators who are trying to manage complaints will be provided with help and advice.听
