Notes

Owned by John Clarke of St Mary from at least 1817 but not registered after 1821. Clarke bought Newport c. 1823 so the enslaved people from Hume's Hill were probably moved there. Certainly they were registered in the same group as the enslaved people settled on Newport from 1823.
