- Will of Philip Anglin Morris of St James Cornwall proved 16/09/1843. In the will he left an annuity of just over £20 p.a. to his housekeeper Elizabeth Bowen, and his interest in the Cambridge estate to Philip Anglin Scarlett for life and then to the natural children of Philip Anglin Scarlett:, he described Philip Anglin Scarlett and the co-executor George Crawford Ricketts as 'friends and relations.'
