MyAV·¶ Third Party Notification Group
MyAVᦉ۪s TNPG has been established to:
- Provide consistent expert advice and support to the relevant MyAVᦠpolicy owner in the interpretation of, and compliance with, MyAVᦉ۪s contractual and regulatory obligations (to notify third parties)
- Ensure that such notice(s) adhere to MyAV·¶â€™s principles of fairness, confidentiality, integrity, prevention of detriment, and balance are GDPR compliantĚýand are auditable
- Develop mechanisms in support of the above.
