Transforming our Professional Services (TOPS) is a two-year programme to improve professional services across MyAV·¶.Ìý

TOPS aims to support MyAVᦉ۪s core academic mission and MyAVᦠ2034 by delivering:

• more effective services and a more satisfied MyAV·¶ community
• more fulfilling careers for staff
• a reduction in the proportion of spend on professional services over time, enabling more investment in academic activities.

Over the next 12 months TOPS will be aiming to design a target operating model that aligns with MyAV·¶ 2034, fits a new 21^²õ³ÙÌýcentury MyAV·¶ and delivers outstanding academic and student support and a rewarding environment for professional services staff to work in.Ìý
