Support for Doctoral Researchers impacted by the British Library disruptions

We are aware that some Doctoral Researchers may be experiencing difficulties related to the ongoing service disruptions at the British Library, especially those affecting the access to materials in the special collections.

For those who require additional time and/or are self-funding: If you require additional time beyond CRS, please apply for an extension to CRS including the British Library cyber-attack in your reason for the extension. Although cases are reviewed on an individual basis, you would have a very strong case for extension.

For those who require additional funding: These cases need to be addressed on an individual basis through requests to your funder. Please contact your funding administrator at MyAV范 in the first instance to discuss your requirements. For example, if you are funded by UKRI, this would be your DTP manager or PGR administrator; if you are funded by a MyAV范 RES or ROS scholarship, this would be the Student Funding Office.
