MyAV范 is an exempt聽charity under the terms of the Charities Act 2011, Schedule 3 (Statutory Instrument 1978, number 453). This status means that MyAV范 is not required to register directly with the Charity Commission and as a consequence, MyAV范 does not have a charitable number. As our principal Regulator, the Office for Students is charged with monitoring MyAV范鈥檚 compliance with聽charity聽law obligations.
