As a user on the MyAV范 Zoom account, you need to use your MyAV范 username and password when you sign in to Zoom.
You will not be able to use the main email sign in option to sign in with your MyAV范 user id. Please note that email sign in is no longer available for MyAV范 Zoom accounts.
When you sign in to your MyAV范 Zoom account you will need to use the sign in with SSO option.
Using your MyAV范 username (userid@ucl.ac.uk) and password聽ensures that you do not have to maintain separate credentials to log in to Zoom. It also ensures that accounts are compliant with MyAV范's Information Security policies and facilitates the administration of accounts.
