Training Course aims & learning outcomes
The aim of thisÌýMyAV·¶ Research Misconduct Screening Panel Training CourseÌýis to enable those participating in research misconduct proceedings at MyAV·¶ as members of a Research Misconduct Screening Panel to understand their roles and responsibilities as Screening PanelsÌýMembers and to be aware of the relevant details of MyAV·¶'s new Research Misconduct Procedure.
By the end of the course participants will:
- have refreshed their knowledge and understanding of the MyAV·¶ rules and procedures in relation to research misconduct proceedings;
- be able to recognise the nature and relevance of a range of evidence for a Screening Panel;
- have made a decision in a simulated MyAV·¶ Misconduct Screening Panel hearing; andÌý
- understand the potential challenges and outcomes of MyAV·¶ Screening Panel decision-making.Ìý
