Homophobia remains an institutional practice in post-Communist Europe, as evidenced by Lithuania's introduction this week of legislation akin to Britain's defunct Section 28.Ìý This is despite that country's membership of the European Union and the expectation of a commitment to its ethos of social equality.Featuring activists from Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, the UK and pan-European non-governmental organisations, the film also includes interviews with members of the Serbian far Right.

The documentary was shown recently at Baltic Pride, where it was picked up by Italian and German branches of Amnesty International for use in their campaigns.Ìý It will also feature at Queer Sarajevo and Belgrade Pride later in the year.
