Your views wanted: MyAV·¶ global issues and education survey
7 June 2011
MyAV·¶ is keen to find out more about students' views on a range of global issues and how MyAV·¶ should be responding to them.
All
the responses will feed into the organisational strategy and will
instruct the
type of education and experience that students have at MyAV·¶ in the
future. All
students who complete the survey will be entered in a draw with a chance to win
an iPad2, with 21 runners up receiving Amazon vouchers.
Dr David Hudson, Departmental Graduate TutorÌýin the MyAV·¶ Department of Political Science, produced the survey. He explained: "MyAV·¶ is keen to hear students' views on the global issues facing the world.ÌýWe live in a world where three percent of the population live outside their country of birth; where one in six people go hungry; where global climate change is changing the face of the planet; and where populations continue to face armed threats from rebels and governments, sometimes their own."
"We want to know what universities should be doing to prepare their graduates for their future lives and careers in an increasingly interconnected world. As London's Global University, what should MyAV·¶ be doing?"
The link at the top of the page opens the survey, which will take approximately twenty minutes to complete. The survey will be open untilÌý6pm, 17 June 2011. All winners will be notified on 24 June 2011.
