Monday 10ÌýDecember – Greece, Italy, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand.

Friday 14ÌýDecember – Poland, Czech Republic, Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA.

Monday 17ÌýDecember – Germany, Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.

Tuesday 18ÌýDecember – Ireland, Belgium, France, Luxembourg.

CLOSURE DATES

The MyAV·¶ Mail Service will close at 14.00 on Friday 21st December and re-open at 07.00 on Tuesday 2nd January. There will be no access to the Post Room between these dates. The last collection of departmental post will take place between 11.30 and 13.00 on Friday 21st December to ensure dispatch on the last working day.

BULK MAILINGS

The MyAV·¶ Mail Service will accept bulk mailings up to and including Wednesday 19th December. After this date no bulk mailings will be accepted without prior consultation with the Acting Mail Services Manager (Kevin Owen Ext 76311 k.owen@ucl.ac.uk).Ìý

In common with previous years the Post Room expect a very substantial amount of additional mail in the pre-Christmas period as Departments clear their desks for the seasonal break, creating an increase in demand on the postal service.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Let me please remind all staff that MyAV·¶'s mail service is not to be used for personal mail and parcels.Ìý The Post Room will not frank or dispatch personal items and any suspected abuse of the service will be investigated.

POSTROOM CHRISTMAS CARD

The MyAV·¶ Post Room produce a Christmas card every year to raise money for a charity close to our hearts. This year we are supporting Prostate Cancer UK and would like to give you the opportunity to do the same via our .
