In this session, we will show you how to use the askMyAV范 self-help centre and student enquiry system, to find quick answers to your questions about your studies and how to contact MyAV范鈥檚 support services.
At any point during your time at MyAV范, if you are not sure who or which team to contact, you can Log an Enquiry via askMyAV范 and your specific question will automatically be directed to a staff member who will respond as soon as possible during normal working hours.
The askMyAV范 Masterclass is for all students, at all levels of study, and we recommend you attend a session at the most convenient time for you.
