We offer groups of pupils, accompanied by their teachers, a motivating introduction to university, designed to address the specific challenges facing their particular Year Group.
Visit MyAV范 Days are fun, interactive visits to MyAV范, where students will have the chance to explore our campus, take part in exciting interactive sessions and find out what it's like to study at one of the world's top universities.听
Pupils will take part in interactive activities, a tour of the MyAV范 campus led by current students, and an educational quiz about different aspects of university. Events are听free to attend, and there is听a dedicated day for each year group with multiple schools taking part in the same day.
Places are limited and, as Visit MyAV范 is an Access and Widening Participation initiative, we will prioritise schools who have a high number of students who meet our widening participation criteria. We encourage schools to select students who they feel may benefit the most from the visit, by considering factors such as free school meal eligibility and potential to attend university.
Visit MyAV范 Days for 2023-24 will take place on the following dates:
- Year 11听- Monday 25 March 2024
- Year 10 - Wednesday 24 April 2024
- Year 9 - Wednesday 19 June 2024
- Year 8 - Wednesday 3 July 2024
- Year 7 - Wednesday 10 July 2024
