Guidance in regards to the recognition, representation and facilities arrangements for Trade Unions representing MyAV·¶ staff.

Overview

The following trade unions are recognised by MyAV·¶ to represent MyAV·¶ staff and to negotiate terms and conditions of employment on their behalf.

• TheÌýUniversity and College Union (UCU) is recognised by MyAV·¶ to represent its Academic, Research andÌýTeaching staff, and Professional ServicesÌýstaff at grade 7 and above.ÌýSee theÌýÌý·É±ð²ú²õ¾±³Ù±ð.

Facility TimeÌý

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017, requires public sector employers to publish information on how much time trade unions reps have spent on facility time.Ìý
